A full ERP ↔ Shopify automation to synchronize inventory, pricing, and product data in real time.
Built with Apps Script + Admin API — 100% code-controlled, no third-party middleware.

The Challenge

Manual updates across thousands of SKUs were slow and error-prone.
The brand needed a seamless pipeline between Google Sheets, ERP (Kingdee), and Shopify Admin API.

The Approach

We designed a custom automation layer that reads, transforms, and updates data on schedule.

1. Sheet Parsing Layer — Auto-maps SKU and variant IDs.
2. API Sync Engine — Two-way data flow between ERP and Shopify.
3. Logging System — Pushes sync status directly into Sheets dashboard.
